Córdoba hosted in 2001 the first World Ham Congress in and from that moment we have been adding every two years until this year to the tenth edition.
The World Jamon Congress has been a meeting place for all operators in the sector to exchange scientific and technical knowledge on the development of this product, but also there have presented the latest trends and developments on nutrition and cuisine, marketing and marketing, what has contributed to the development of this food so emblematic for our country.
One of the main novelties of this tenth edition is that it takes place within the framework of the Meat Attraction trade fair in the meat sector. It is an event that is also international and attracts a large crowd of visitors who can also enjoy the World Congress of Ham and everything that surrounds it.
